At HairCraft, we strive to provide high-quality professional haircare products. If there is an issue with your order, we will work with you to resolve it as quickly as possible.
Returns Eligibility
Products may be eligible for return if:
- The incorrect product was supplied.
- The product arrived damaged or defective.
- The product was significantly different from what was ordered.
To be eligible for a return, products must be returned in their original condition and packaging where applicable.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, HairCraft cannot accept returns of:
- Opened or used haircare products.
- Products that have been tampered with.
- Products damaged through misuse or improper storage.
This does not affect your rights under applicable South African consumer protection laws.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Where possible, please provide:
- Your order number.
- A description of the issue.
- Clear photographs of the product and packaging.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method where possible.
Refund processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
Return Shipping
Where HairCraft has supplied an incorrect or defective product, return shipping costs may be covered by HairCraft.
For all other approved returns, customers may be responsible for return shipping costs.
Order Cancellations
Orders may only be cancelled before they have been dispatched.
Once an order has been shipped, it will be treated according to this Returns Policy.
